Reasons for a refusal

• The citation without references to a source.

• The article has already been published in other edition (including an E-zine or the Internet).

• The article is drawn up in non-compliance with the Requirements.

• Significant discrepancy of text references.

• Lack or incompleteness of any component of the metadata / contact information / postal address.

• Lack of a review ( a recommendation, a feedback) of the scientific supervisor, certified with a signature and a seal (only for authors who do not have a degree).

• Absence of UDC / JEL.

• Lack of a reference list.

• Insufficient English abstract (less than 0.5 pages).

• Insufficient reference list (less than 8 items).

• The reviewer’s firmly negative review.
