CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE

Theoretical bases of continuous improvement of business processes of the enterprise have been considered. It is proposed to set realization of Shukhart-Deming cycle, motivation of changes and knowledge management as fundamentals of continuous improvement of business processes. The stages of continuous improvement of business processes are grounded, i.e. identifying the requirements for improvement (changes); collecting data of business processes realization, monitoring performance; motivating the executors and aim setting; planning goal achievement; creating the possibilities for realization of the changes (knowledge management, promotion, etc.). Implementing proposed stages of continuous improvement of business processes will provide reasonable selection of appropriate methods; efficiency of business processes and staff interest in changes which are carried out.
