THE STAGES OF FORMING CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) OF ENTERPRISES

In the article the essence of corporate social responsibility strategy and its place in the enterprise strategic set have been analyzed. It was determined that this strategy should be considered functional and be integrated with other enterprise strategies. Modern approaches to the process of development and implementation of CSR strategy were considered, their advantages and disadvantages were highlighted. The study proposes an algorithm of formation of CSR strategy, permitting to cover a wide range of tasks on implementation and further following CSR concept and meeting the best practice of strategic management. At substantiation of the components of the process of the strategy formation current trends in social investment, CSR principles, etc. were revealed. The article focuses on the CSR model of an enterprise, used as a basis for the CSR strategy. To substantiate the results of the scientific research the following methods were used: the logical-theoretical generalization, comparative analysis, modeling. The conclusions of the study can be used as a foundation for further development of the theory and practice of CSR of enterprises to prepare and make effective management decisions in the sphere of CSR.
