THE FORMATION OF BUSINESS-PROCESSES MODEL OF A MOTOR TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE

This article is devoted to solving an important task of determining the composition and content of business processes of a motor transport enterprise as a management object under process approach. The main purpose of the research is to substantiate the approach and to form an MTE business-processes model, which gives an opportunity to distinguish business processes from other processes of the enterprise. The conceptual and categorical apparatus that is used for process modeling (such concepts as "business process", "basic business process", "auxiliary business process", "process (subprocess)", "operation" have been defined) has been improved in the article. The matrix model of business processes of MTE based on the combination of the client-centered and resource approaches, which involves the identification of business processes according to individual customer needs and the stages of using different types of resources needed to provide motor transport service has been developed. The results of the research can be used for the formation and implementation of a quality management system, for the development of process-oriented budgeting and the implementation of business-processes improvement programs. The suggested approach to business-processes identification gives an opportunity to solve the task of structuring activity of MTE using the process approach to management according to the characteristics of motor transport.
