The model of the system of management of a motor-transport enterprise based on the methods of viable systems cybernetic modeling is offered. The rationalization for the transition from a functional approach to management used in the concept of viable systems to a more progressive process approach that will increase the flexibility of the developed model has been substantiated. The enterprise management system is presented as a subject (a meta-system) and an object of management (an operational element) which is offered as basic business processes at motor-transport enterprises.
