FORMATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF ENTERPRISE-PARTNERS RELATIONSHIP IN THE NETWORK ON THE BASIS OF SELF-ORGANIZATION

The basic models of the structure of partners’ relationship in an inter-company network are considered in this article. The main objective of the study is the formation of a model of the dehierarchical relationships structure of the enterprise with the partners in the network, which operates on the basis of self-organization and takes into account different levels of interaction of the enterprise. The proposed model is based on a team Sintegrity system developed by S. Beer and allows to create a stable structure of the partners interaction at all levels of the relationship. The model of inter-organizational relationships can take the form of any volumetric geometrical figure, which is based on an equilateral triangle, the type of the figure depends on the number of partners in the network structure. The proposed model can include multiple levels of interaction with internal and external partners, that is, it is recursive and it can be repeated at different levels. The model of formation of relationships structure of the enterprise with partners in the framework of inter-company network can be used for all businesses and organizations. It allows preventing a conflict of interest between the members of the network, balancing the interests of the company and its partners, implementing the agreed adoption and implementation of the decisions on the operation and interaction in the network.
