The system of competitiveness of motor transport enterprises and its services has been defined: its place in the enterprise system of control and in the system of control of an enterprise competitiveness and its services has been determined; its system management is presented in the form of management outline, which includes the functions of planning, organizing, motivating and adjusting the competitiveness level and the factors of its forming. The process of control over the competitiveness of enterprise and its services has been developed, including: establishing competitiveness standards, estimating its level and deviations from the standards, analyzing the origin of declinations and correcting the processes of forming the competitiveness of enterprises and their services.
