Feasibility of using the Mobley matrix to describe three aspects of the firm’s future performance: the efficiency of management for each activity, the firm’s financial condition as well as time periods of expected funds surplus or shortage has been substantiated. The Mobley matrix allows managers of road firms to quickly acquire full system knowledge of future results of the activities on the basis of one document instead of three ones which are currently in use.
