A MODEL OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES

The existing models of strategic management of enterprises are quite various, which stems from descriptions of approaches and determination of the target state of enterprises and reasons of its changes: trends in the development of their potential and environment, preferred competition positions of the enterprises in their industries, conception of their specific features. The main aim of the research is to improve the models of strategic management of enterprises.

The author’s idea is to generalize the advantages of all the models and to propose an advanced model of strategic management of enterprises on this basis. Basing on this pre-requisite, the proposed model of strategic management of enterprises has been developed for implementation. It differs from the existing ones in trends in potential development, environment and competition analysis combined in one model of strategic management of enterprises. The proposed model of strategic management of enterprises allows a more sound development of strategies for enterprises to attain their strategic aims.
