The structure of an enterprise potential has been specified by the system of features (depending on the ability of enterprises to search/redistribute the effort using the resources, their origin and scope); the elements of the enterprise potential and the relationship between them have been substantiated. The proposed structure of the potential of the enterprise is based on the necessity of taking into account industrial features of the enterprise concerning the spheres of resource application.
