SUBSTANTIATING TYPES OF A COMPANY PERSONNEL POLICY

The study has reviewed the existing types of personnel policy of the company. The main purpose of the paper is to improve the classification of personnel policy on the basis of preparation and systematization of its main features.

It was found out that the most frequently used features of a company personnel policy classification used in modern literature are: the degree of openness of recruitment relative to the environment; the level of awareness of rules and regulations in HR.

Solid analysis of the considered classifications allowed to come to the conclusion that along with existing theoretical developments they have certain limitations and drawbacks: selection of the types of personnel policy is made exclusively according to one of the following features or separately for each of them, i.e. there is a disorder, there is no link between certain types of a company personnel policy.

The improved classification of personnel policy includes, in addition to the above, the feature concerning their compliance to a life cycle stage (development phase) of the company. This approach to classification of personnel policy, unlike the existing ones, can simultaneously take into account various factors that sufficiently affect it when determining their generalized types.

The given generalized classification of a company personnel policy may be chosen and implemented at any business, which will improve the efficiency of the staff.
