A methodical approach to estimate the quality of a process-based enterprise management system is offered which is based on considering its peculiarities (the structure – availability and interrelation of a subsystem components: strategic management, quality management and contours of business processes management), as well as the quality of managerial activity processes. The parameters of determination of the quality level by constituent elements have been substantiated, the indexes of generalizing estimation of the quality level of individual elements of subsystems and an enterprise management system on the whole have been developed.
