ORGANIZATIONAL MODELING OF THE PROCESS-ORIENTED STRUCTURE OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

In this article the important problem of designing an organizational structure of enterprise management has been studied. The main objective of the research is to determine key types of operation, determine the content and the sequence of their performance in organizational modeling of proсess-oriented organizational management structure. The authors offer some stages of forming process-oriented organizational management structure by the organizational modeling method, covering both analytical (determination of the content and structure of business processes, number of organizational units and process managers) and design parts (graphical representation of management structure, development of clauses about subdivisions and job descriptions). The results can be used in process management, business process reengineering, programs of continuous improvement of business processes, restructuring of enterprise operation, etc. The obtained results provide management flexibility, minimize administrative costs and improve efficiency of administrative staff and the enterprise operation itself as a whole.
