It has been proved that the competent regulation of logistic business processes is one of the major components of successful changes at the enterprise. Substantiation of the content and the stages of regulation process within the management of changes at the enterprise have been made. It has been determined that business processes regulations allow not only to formalize the list of actions and determine the executors’ responsibilities, but also to accelerate the processes of  implementation of business processes improvement actions. The only mandatory condition of successful implementation and usage of business processes regulation is their timely updating.
