Based on the system-cybernatic approach the system of enterprise value-based management has been made in the form of a contour, oriented on an enterprise value-based management; the content and composition of management have been determined. To establish the relationship and sequence of implementation of management functions in each cycle, enterprise value-based management is united into three blocks: decisive, reforming and information-control.
